Cris Johnson has created an exciting and wonderful library show just right for children and their parents who love to come to the library. Magic, audience participation, music, and even an exciting Exercise Contest will fascinate everyone. Cris’s long solid experience in performing library magic shows all over New York give him the expertise to present a truly strong presentation. Kids and parents alike are always amazed at his magic, overjoyed at his humor and enlightened by his educational stories. He lets children participate in a way that means fun for everyone. As always, Cris’s library shows are interactive, so children get to help create the magic all along the way! The Sports & Fitness Magic Show is 45 minutes long, highlights books and reading, is suitable for ages 4-12 and entertaining for parents as well as children. As always, Cris’s show is self-contained. He arrives early and he brings everything he needs, including a table, props, equipment, and a professional sound system.

“New York Spirits” – a ghostly YA & Adult Interactive Program
Do you want a program that really appeals to Young Adults? Would you like to see more teens reading? Would you like to have them get excited about learning and investigation? Cris Johnson, a master at holding audiences’ attention, has produced another new program geared to your Young Adults and Grown-ups. New York Spirits is a 60-minute collection of stories and legends taken from non-fiction accounts of ghostly investigations and haunted happenings. Cris tells tales of spirits who supposedly haunt well-known New York locations and more. New York Spirits is a presentation YAs and adults will love. Cris brings a collection of ghostly and unusual artifacts and will try to initiate contact with spirits. Teens will see strange artifacts, learn about spiritualist powers and hear stories of maddeningly scary events.
